Lidija Antonovic is a freelance photographer of ULUPUDS - Association of Applied Arts and Designers and multimedia artist from Serbia. She graduated photography at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. Within Master MAPA (Moving Academy for Performing art, Amsterdam) improves in the field of applied photography and receives Certificate for “Projection of Icons” and “Light design & studio management”. She exhibited on many photography exhibitions in country and abroad.

Lidija collaborates with festivals Bitef/Bitef Polyphony, festival Belef, with association Service for Contemporary Dance STATION, Association of Ballet Artists of Serbia and Association of Dramatic Artists of Serbia. Cooperates with Theater Mimart as a photographer, performer and multimedia video artist since 2003 till present.

She leaded several photography workshops for Youth around Serbia, Bosnia and Angola, Africa. As a peer educator involved in UNICEF project “School without violence” (2012/14) and ”New creative choices” inclusion of Roma people/CEDEUM (2011/12). She participated in many International EU projects such as “EU Culture Programme“ 2007/2013 , “Wake Up” UK/SRB/NL, 2010/2012 and currently participates in EU project “The Complete Freedom of Truth” (TCFT) 2014/2019, as an artist and group leader of the Youth Mimart from Serbia.

Since last year she is working on the documentation, as photographer, on assistance of volunteering during refugees crisis and passing through Belgrade. Documents through stories, videos, photographs and interviews are contained in several short artistic documentary films.
