Rosie Russell is a creative practitioner with over 30 years experience working with young people making theatre, as director, lecturer, mentor, performer. She has run regional dance and music festivals and arts venues, and currently leads arts and education collaborative projects for young people with arts and culture organisations in Dorset. Rosie oversaw the cultural education programme for the Cultural Olympiad 2012 Maritime Mix. In 1998 she co-established Portfire Performers, women's collective performance company. She has been working with young people in Srebrenica since 2010. Rosie also sings and writes performance poetry.
