Lidija Antonović (born in Belgrade 1984) graduated at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade in 2008, at the Department of Photography in the class of professor Milan Aleksić. The tendency to explore contemporary flows of transmedial application of artistic photography leads her to the field of performance, where she successfully explores the movement as an artist through photography. She has been working with Theater Mimart for over ten years as a photographer, performer and video artist. Within the Master's Degree of the Moving Academy for Performing Art in Amsterdam (MAPA), she is trained in the field of applied photography, and she has two diplomas: Light Design & Studio Management (2009) and Projection of Icons (2010).

She has gained professional experience in TANJUG Agency as a photojournalist and editor (2010/2011). She worked as a professional photographer at the Belef festivals (2006/2008), on manifestation Night of Museum, associate with: STANICA- Service for contemporary dance, Association of Drama Artists of Serbia and BITEF/Bitef Polyphony until now.

So far Lidija Antonović exhibited nineteen solo exhibitions and over twenty-eight group exhibitions, of which on four international exhibitions in Budapest (HUN), Dortmund (GER) and Harkov (UKR). She received many praise and awards in Serbia and abroad, from which a bronze medal at the 13th International Triennial "Theater in Photographic Art" at Sterija Pozorje in Novi Sad in 2011. Till now she participated in over 300 street performances, ambiental shows, animations and contemporary actions and installations. She is author of twenty art, experimental and documentary films.
