The following information will be used by TCFT organisers to help prepare for your arrival. If there's anything you'd like us to know please don't be afraid to add it to this form or to contact us directly. You're welcome to change any answers after you've submitted it by getting in touch. 

TCFT Participant Form

NOTE FOR THINGS TO REMEMBER: THERE WILL BE ANOTHER REMINDER TWO WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE.  YOUR TICKET WILL INCLUDE A SUITCASE FOR THE HOLD OF THE AEROPLANE.

List of things to think about bringing with you:

• Towels
• Clothes suitable for hot and cold weather (Bournemouth is on England's South Coast; it can be hot, cold, windy and rainy all in the same day)
• Comfortable clothes for workshops/trainers/gym wear etc.
• Raincoat or umbrella
• Soap/shampoo/toothpaste
• Swimming costume
• Mobile phone and computer charger (you will also need a UK electrical adapter, we don't use the standard European plug)
• Medicines you need and any notes from doctors/parents to ensure that we are aware of any medical condition you may have

THERE WILL BE A LETTER SENT TO YOUR PARENTS/GUARDIANS/SCHOOL/YOUTH WORKERS TO GIVE THEM ALL CONTACTS AND INFORMATION THEY MAY NEED.

ON ARRIVAL THERE WILL BE A YOUTH LEADER TO WELCOME YOU AND SHOW YOU AROUND AND A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO WILL BE LOOKING AFTER YOUR PASTORAL CARE, AVAILABLE IF YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT ANY CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE.

YOUR RESPONSES WILL HELP US TO IMPROVE FOR FUTURE RESIDENCIES. WE WILL KEEP THEM SAFE AND NOT PUBLISH ANY ANSWERS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.
